Religion of Islam

What is the religion of Islam?
Islam :
The literal meaning of Islam is to obey orders, to bow before someone and to submit oneself to someone.  Islam is the name of obeying the commandments of Allah Ta'ala, bowing down before Him and surrendering oneself to Him according to the methods given by the Prophets in Shariat.
 Allah's System:

Allah Ta'ala has created this universe bound by a certain discipline.  The earth completes its revolution around the sun in a fixed period.  Day and night follow each other with a certain restriction.  The sun and the moon rise and set at a fixed time.  The seasons change in a fixed manner and nothing in the universe can disobey the orders of Allah Ta'ala because it is in their nature to follow the orders of Allah Ta'ala.
Allah Ta'ala has distinguished man from all creatures.  He has also been given authority in a limited circle by giving him the blessing of intellect and thought.  Although he has no power over his own life and death, whatever he does in the short span of his life he does by his will and authority.  Islam wants people to submit their thoughts and actions to the commandments of Allah and His Messenger.

  Surah Al-Maaida verse 3
  Translation:
Today I have completed your day for you and completed My favor upon you and have chosen Islam as your religion.

   Collection of Islam:
Islam is a combination of faith and good deeds.  Acknowledging the Oneness of Allah, the Messengership and the Hereafter etc. with the tongue is called Islam, and believing in them from the heart is called Iman, and according to Islam, doing the commandments of Allah on the basis of faith is called righteous action.  It has three types.
   Worship:
Ibadah is the name of the expression of extreme humility and neediness in the presence of Allah. In terms of Sharia, the fulfillment of orders like prayer, fasting, zakat, Hajj is called Ibadah.
   Matters:
They are related to social rights and duties.
  Ethics:
Those attributes of human conduct that please Allah Almighty and enhance His personality.

 Division of Actions:
This division of actions is for understanding only.  Otherwise, religion cannot be divided into parts, nor can it be separated from each other by dividing it into pieces.  A person may believe but not follow the commandments of Allah, or may do good deeds but not believe in Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him).  Such faith and actions are not acceptable to Allah Ta'ala.  A good deed that is not done for the pleasure of Allah, Allah is not pleased with it and does not achieve success in this world and the hereafter.  On the contrary, if a person engages only in worship but his affairs are not in accordance with the commands of God, then we cannot call him a practicing Muslim.  Anyone with bad morals cannot be called a good Muslim.  Islam is a complete system of life.  There is no aspect of life in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has not conveyed the commandments of Allah to us through words and deeds.  It is necessary to obey these rules in every aspect.
